Here is a link to http://www.webfilehost.com/ you can upload mp3 file up to 500 megabytes and then you will get a link to post in the blog here.  I made a Audio test file it is here http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=5678697 .  The volume is kind of low as I recorded it with my laptop mic.  When you arrive at that web site you need to wait 1 minute for your download to be ready the link is at the bottom of the page.  You don't need to become a member of anything so beware of all of the ads on this web page.
